- The Kyptec Automation® SDR-26P Male to SDR-26P Male Industrial Camera Link cable is designed for machine vision systems where both the industrial camera and image-acquisition device use the compact 26-pin SDR Camera Link interface. By providing matching SDR-26 connectors at both ends, the cable creates a dedicated point-to-point Camera Link connection without requiring an MDR interface or external connector conversion. Each end of the cable incorporates a molded SDR-26P Male connector with screw retention to help maintain a secure physical connection during continuous industrial operation. The cable uses highly flexible PVC construction together with 24 AWG oxygen-free copper conductors, providing the electrical conductivity and mechanical durability required for professional imaging installations. Camera Link systems can transfer substantial amounts of image data while also carrying control signals used for synchronized acquisition and camera configuration. Maintaining a stable cable connection is therefore important for overall imaging-system reliability. The Kyptec Automation® SDR-to-SDR cable is designed with anti-interference and anti-jamming characteristics to support operation in industrial environments where electrical noise and surrounding machinery may otherwise affect signal integrity.
