Description

My next work task involves presenting several lessons on camera. All presenters will be filmed against the same teal wall. I can choose my clothes, but replacing the background is outside my part of the project. The practical choices in my wardrobe are cream, navy, and subdued red. Using something I already own would be my first choice. The room, microphone position, and lighting will stay the same throughout the course. I can make these comparison clips before the scheduled recording day, so there is time to adjust my choice without delaying anyone. I found a personal color analysis page while looking for language to describe the differences. The camera and the background seem to introduce another set of considerations. Would recording the same short introduction in each shirt be a sensible test? Someone else could look for distracting color clashes in the footage. What should I evaluate separately when judging how my face looks?
